Account Codes
Account Codes are used for tracking (billing) purposes. The system will ask the caller to enter the account code (or a client account number) after a number is dialed, and it will then be displayed in the CDR (Call Detail Record) after the call is completed. This feature is usually requested by law firms when calls must be billed to a specific client.

Conferencing (Multi-Way Calling)
You may create Dedicated and Owned conference bridges for use in any domain. Note that the system distinguishes between dedicated (also referred to as ‘shared’) conferences and user owned conferences. The Dedicated Conference type is a standalone conference with its own unique extension. The Owned Conference type is a user owned conference that will be accessible through the user’s portal. Owned Conference type allows for basic users to monitor and add callers to their own conference bridge.
DISA
The DISA, Direct Inward System Access, application requires a user to enter an extension number and password/PIN before placing a call. It is useful to allow someone from outside the telephone switch (PBX) to obtain an internal system dial tone and to place calls from it as if they were placing a call from within the switch. This feature is useful for employees working outside the office as it allows them to conduct business without revealing their home or cellphone numbers. It is also useful to block international calling for all users without a password/PIN.
Auto Provisioning
The ParagonVoIP Provisioning Server (NDP) enables remote provisioning of SIP devices. In addition, it allows you to fine-tune the configuration profiles that are automatically sent to supported SIP devices by creating overrides. To use the provisioning server, you simply need to enter the provisioning server URL into any supported SIP device.
It is not necessary to use the ParagonVoIP Provisioning Server, because basic phone auto-configuration can be accomplished using only the PBX portal. However, it is possible to control any feature that a phone supports using device overrides on the provisioning server.
